Our first serbian building got the prize for the Serbian Investment of the 2008!
Amadeo, the first low-energy residential building in Serbia, won the prize for the "Special acknowledgement for Social Cause and Usefulness"! We were recently nominated in the short list of the 8 projects for the Investment of the Year 2008 award, called AUREA 2009. The competition was organized by the serbian business portal "Ekapija" (www.ekapija.com).
Milena Gojkovic-Mestre, director of Kuce Beodom, received the prize from Bozidar Delic, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Science and Technological Development, who came in person for the ceremony.
To be in the short list of the nominated was a superb success for our serbian client Kuce Beodom, and also for us as planners. The prize is a powerful resource that recognizes 2 years of Kuce Beodom effort to make Amadeo possible in Serbia. The formal ceremony of electing that "Investment of the Year" was held on March 9th in Belgrade, at the banquet hall "Aeroklub".
