Abstract
Enlargement, renovation and refurbishment of an hotel and restaurant premise by the sea, on the Adriatic coast, north of Ravenna. Hotel & Restaurant Bella Romagna is infact one of Studiodosi first client, since 2004.
Studiodosi developed all project phases and survey of all works.

Enlargement, renovation and refurbishment of an hotel and restaurant in a premise by the sea, on the Adriatic coast north of Ravenna. Hotel & Restaurant Bella Romagna is one of Studiodosi first client. It is a friendly, family conducted, touristic structure just facing the sea in Casalborsetti, Ravenna, Italy.
First asking for some small internal works and new solutions (2004/2005), an overall refurbishment project was soon developed as renovation needs grew stronger.
Works involved mainly ground floor (new verandas and entrance, lighting system, partitions, restaurant, glazings, services, back services and new add-on volumes), other developments on upper floors (partitions, rooms, lighting) as small changes on external finishings. Also some furniture (bar, reception) was supplied by design.
Studiodosi developed, as usual, all project phases and survey of all works.
