Requalification & renewal of Lazzari S.r.l.

This is an example of how the firm develops also industrial premises in order to achieve same results in term of quality and balance as for “architectural-core” works. As for many other industrial works, also this one has been carried on with CREA srl (fire protection plan, plants) and with a local partner (structural engineering).

The company Lazzari S.r.l. mainly produces blindings and rolling shutters. They sell their products all over Italy, distributing and directly installing them in a huge number of residential sites. Production has increased and so they need a lot of new working space, both for production itself and for the offices.

The old office and residential building is situated in an industrial zone in the mountain backwards of Rimini, in the territorial province of Pesaro.

The work consists both on a proposal of enlargement of the current office and residential building in order to enlarge the existing working space, and on a new industrial productive premise in the back.

From floor to ceiling, through furnishing, partitions, wall-finishing and lightning, all has been made with the aim of coherence in identity developing. Following these works, all existing plants had to be replaced to match the new requests and spatial wider configuration.

Floors will be covered with special resin (heavy duty need) in order to be a “continuous carpet”, while partitions, ceiling, furniture, lightning and special pieces have been planned by Studiodosi.

While some of the works are nowdays terminated, others are still ongoing. Studiodosi is also supervising all the supplies and the construction works, both for the industrial and for the office/residential parts.
